Return damaged products
Al-Aqili Store guarantees that all products are new, unused, and undamaged. However, if there is any damage to the product, we ask that you notify us within three days of receiving the product. Al-Aqili Store will replace the product at no cost.

Shipping and delivery
About shipping
Al-Aqili Store will ship the order to the address provided to us. Shipping takes a maximum of three to five business days, depending on the region of residence in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- Shipping cost: 30 riyals.
- Shipping time: Three days to a maximum of five working days, depending on the area of residence.
- Areas covered by shipping: All regions of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- Shipping method: Aramex, other companies will be added in the future.
Note: Shipping is free only (within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia) if the value of purchases exceeds 400 riyals.
Third parties
In Al-Aqili Store, we use third parties in the payment and shipping processes. In the event of any failure occurring with these parties, we promise that we will follow up on the matter and address it with the third party.
